Try this medicine which will help you get rid of insomnia.


  • ½ tsp of cinnamon;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 1 banana.

How to prepare it: take the peel off of the banana and put it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour the resulting water in a pot through a sieve and add the cinnamon. Drink it before going to bed.
